DIRECTIONS TO THE 2008
“SACK OF ST. AUGUSTINE” ENCAMPMENT

From I-95, take exit #311, SR 207. Take SR 207 North (east) about 5 miles to US Hwy 1/Ponce de Leon Blvd. Turn left (north) on Hwy 1 and go about 1.5 miles. Turn right on Old Mission or Sebastian Aves, (either one works), go one block to San Marco Ave. Turn left on San Marco Ave. and look for the large “Fountain of Youth Park” sign on the right. At the sign, turn right onto Ballard Ave. Ballard Ave. dead-ends into the entrance of the Fountain of Youth Park.
If you arrive between 5PM and 9AM, the Park’s entrance gate will be closed. Turn right on Magnolia Ave and follow the wall to the “exit” gate of the Park. This gate will be unlocked, though at night the chain will be placed to look like it’s locked. After you enter the Park, please close the gate and replace the chain as you found it. DO NOT LOCK THE GATE!
Participants may park along the wall on the north side of the parking lot. Vehicles can enter the encampment area to unload (before 8AM on Saturday, March 3) via the service driveway behind the “bus parking” sign. Pedestrians may also access the camp field via a gate located to the left of the ticket booth and snack stand. It is not necessary to purchase admission to the Fountain of Youth Park unless you wish to tour the attractions.
